Returns:
Unless otherwise noted in the item description, you may return your purchase for a refund minus the round-trip shipping charges within 30 days of receiving your item. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Customers must have written authorization to return any merchandise.
Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-762-0415 or customerservice@psfurniture.com to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. After receiving your RMA number, the return must be received within 20 days. Please mark your RMA number on the outside of the carton being returned.
A refund minus the round-trip shipping cost will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of all the returned products.
Warranty
All PS Furniture products are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. Details on our warranty are published on our www.psfurniture.com website.
